I won't say much, because words can not express the sadness I feel.
I pray for the families of the victims that they will find peace soon.
NO parent should have to bury their child.
I hope that the memory of the heroes will never be forgotten!

ks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experience mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowing when it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools.
